We decided that it’s finally time to add fish tacos to our regular Friday Night menu. Woot woot!
You will continue to have two different dining options each Friday. You can either enjoy Sharon’s tasty Walleye Fish Tacos on-site, or you can choose to enjoy them in the comfort of your own home with the take-and-bake option.
Just please keep in mind that pre-order for take-and-bake is REQUIRED. These orders take slightly longer to assemble, so we will need a little extra heads-up to ensure that your tacos are ready when you arrive. Pre-order is not required for on-site orders; however, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Supplies each week are somewhat limited, and orders will be fulfilled on a first-come-first-serve basis.
So what exactly is included in this new weekly special?
Well, for starters, Sharon cooks up one of her favorite Northwoods fish, the walleye, and wraps it up in three warm tortillas. (Of course, if you choose the take-and-bake option, you’ll have to warm the tortillas yourself.) But she’ll also be providing you with cabbage slaw and a fresh avocado-cilantro-lime sauce to toss on top. Not to mention the generous portion of Mexican street corn and chips with salsa that you’ll receive as your sides.
Tip from the Chef: Put a little of the Mexican street corn directly on your tacos. This small addition complements the fish beautifully and sends the flavors through the roof!
